Getting it out of the house
Upstairs bedrooms, tight stairwells, sliding doors that a sectional never should have fitted through in the first place. That is the job, and it is priced into the quote rather than added afterwards.
Sectionals and sleeper sofas come apart where they have to. We bring blankets and mind your paint and door frames on the way out.

When it has to come apart
Sectionals that will not fit back through the door, bed frames bolted into a corner, wall units built in place. Dismantling is labor on top of hauling, so it prices higher, and we would rather say that in the quote than discover it with a wrench in our hands.
Tell us in the text and send a photo of the doorway as well as the furniture. That usually settles whether it has to come apart at all.
Donation first
A sofa somebody could still sit on should not be buried. Where a center will take it, that is where it goes. Stained, broken or water-damaged pieces go to the transfer station, because pretending otherwise just moves the problem to a charity.
Rentals and turnovers
Tenant left a couch and a mattress behind? Send photos from the walkthrough and we will price it without anybody meeting us on site.
Questions
Do you take mattresses?
Yes, any size, and they are one of our most common single pickups.
Can you get it down a stairwell?
Yes. Stairs and long carries are priced into the quote, never added as a surcharge.
Will my furniture be donated?
Where it has life left and a center will take it, yes.
How much for one couch?
The $150 minimum covers a single-item pickup in most cases. Send a photo and where it sits, and you get the exact number.
