The hardest part of a cleanout is guessing volume from memory. Open the garage door, stand at the end of the driveway, and send one wide shot. That single photo prices the job better than any description.
If half of it is staying, tell us roughly which half and we will price what is actually leaving.
How we work it
You mark what stays. Anything you are unsure about stays until you say otherwise, because we would rather ask twice than take something you wanted.
We carry it out, load it and sweep the floor before we go. In Phoenix a cleared garage usually needs the sweep more than anything else.
Decluttering a room at a time
Plenty of these are not garages at all. A spare bedroom, a closet, a patio full of things that have not moved in years. Same process, same flat pricing.
Storage units
Send the gate code and the unit size with your photos. A 10 by 10 packed to the ceiling is usually more than one load, and we will tell you that up front.
Questions
How much is a garage cleanout?
It depends on volume and access, so send a photo from the doorway and you will have a flat price back quickly. The minimum is $150.
Do I need to sort it first?
No. Mark what stays and leave the rest.
Can you do it while I am at work?
Yes, if we can access the garage and the price is agreed by text.
What about things worth money?
Point them out and we will set them aside rather than load them.
