Before the walkthrough
Landlords deduct for items left behind, and they rarely deduct kindly. Clearing the leftovers is almost always cheaper than whatever the property charges to do it for you.
We can work from photos and a lockbox or a code if you have already handed back the keys or left town.
Selling a house
Empty rooms photograph better and show better. We clear the garage, the shed and the patio between listing and photos, and we can work to a closing date rather than a vague week.
Downsizing
Moving into something smaller means real decisions about furniture that will not fit. Usable pieces go to donation, which is a far better ending for a dining set than a landfill.
Nobody gets rushed. If it takes two visits a week apart while the family decides, that is fine.
What it costs
$150 minimum per pickup. Past that the price comes from volume, weight and access, and you see it before you book anything. How pricing works.
The price we text is the price you pay. No hourly rate, no renegotiating in the driveway, no disposal fee added at the end, and no tablet flipped around asking for a tip.

Yes, with photos and access arranged. We send a written price first.
Can you work to a closing date?
Yes. Give us the date and we will schedule to it.
Do you donate what is usable?
Where a center will take it, yes.
Is a whole house one pickup?
Usually more than one load. We quote the whole job before starting.
