Photos, your name and two dates.

No bait and switch, and no tip screen

Two things happen constantly in this trade, and both of them are why people dread booking a hauler.

The first is the low quote. A number over the phone that goes up once the truck is in your driveway and your garage is half empty, at the exact moment you have the least leverage. That is the bait and switch, and it works because you have already committed your morning.

The second is the tip screen. The job is done, the invoice is settled, and then a tablet gets turned around with 18, 20 and 25 percent glowing on it while somebody stands there watching you choose.

We do neither. You get a flat price in writing before we load anything, and that number is what you pay at the end. No hourly clock, no surcharge for stairs, no disposal fee bolted on afterwards, and nothing to sign but the invoice you already agreed to.

If the pile is bigger than the photos showed, we tell you before we load, not after.

What it costs

$150 minimum per pickup. Past that the price comes from volume, weight and access, and you see it before you book anything. How pricing works.

The price we text is the price you pay. No hourly rate, no renegotiating in the driveway, no disposal fee added at the end, and no tablet flipped around asking for a tip.

Three things move a quote, and none of them is how long we take:

How a quote becomes a booking

Photos in, price back, you approve it, we schedule it. Nothing is booked and nothing is owed until you say yes, and the price you approved is the price on the invoice. The full booking steps.

What you get in writing

Text photos and you get a flat price back in writing, usually within the hour. What to send.

What is already included

All of the labor, the loading, the disposal fees and the sweep-up afterwards. Stairs, long carries, side gates and upstairs apartments do not carry a surcharge. They are priced into the quote when we see the photo, which is exactly why we ask where the pile sits.

Dismantling is the one thing that genuinely adds cost. Taking a shed, a swing set or a bolted-down piece apart is a job before the hauling job, so it prices higher. Tell us in the text, see it in the quote, and pay exactly that.

When it is worth more than one pickup

A whole house or a packed storage unit is usually more than one truckload. We tell you that up front and quote the whole job, rather than discovering it halfway through and asking for more.

Questions about pricing

What is the minimum?

$150 per pickup. One mattress or a single couch still costs $150, because the drive, the labor and the disposal run cost the same whether the truck leaves full or not.

Why quote from photos instead of publishing a price list?

Because a list prices the item and ignores the job. A washer in an open garage and the same washer at the bottom of a stairwell are not the same work. A photo settles it in seconds, and you still get a firm number before booking.

Is the price really flat?

Yes, for what you showed us. No hourly rate, nothing added for stairs or a long carry, no disposal fee tacked on at the end, and no tip screen when we finish. If the pile grew since the photo we reprice it in front of you before anything is loaded, not after.

How quickly do I get a quote?

Usually within the hour between 7am and 8pm.

Do you charge for heavy material?

Concrete, rock, tile and dirt cost more to dispose of than household junk, so a small pile of them can price like a much bigger load of furniture. Send a photo and we will be straight about it.

Does it cost more if you have to take something apart?

Yes. Sheds, swing sets, playsets, bolted-down fixtures and furniture that will not fit through the door have to be dismantled first, and that is labor on top of the haul. It goes in the written quote, never added afterwards.

How do I pay?

When the junk is gone. Cash, card or transfer.
